When I came to terms that I was never going to be able to watch tv this summer, I got excited because I figured that I would just be substituting tv time for awesome things instead. But when there’s a thunder storm going on, or I’m feeling sick, or when it feels like a 105 degree sauna outside, or it’s 3 am and I can’t sleep, I just want a little bit of tv in my life. This is when I thank God everyday for guiding me to the building that is the DC Public Library.
The DC Public Library is amazing you guys. It’s not like the Provo Library, which offers movies like The Grapes of Wrath and books like The Grapes of Wrath. It is filled with wonderful tv shows on dvd that could potentially waste my entire summer. But I won’t do that, I promise (I hope).
A couple weeks ago I got the first and only season of Freaks and Geeks (which I had never seen) and have been watching it in my spare time. I finally finished it and I feel like I’m losing a great group of friends. And yes, it made me laugh, it made me cry, and it taught me some new things:
Like the fact that Jason Segel used to be really adorable:
It also taught me how to dance. I think we could all learn a thing or two from Bill:

Freaks and Geeks is amazing!! And I'm so glad you share my obsession with TV and the things that go with it.
I miss you girl!
Also, I have watched the video of Bill like ten times today. You know, just of those days at Instructor Support...
